The UK’s leading electronics retailer has revealed that the Switch console is currently available for £179.99 on its website, while the standard model costs £199.99.
This means that if you want to get a Switch, you could get it for as little as £249.99 or as much as £299.99 – a savings of £20 to £30 a year on your bill.
However, that may be because of a discount on the console’s retail price, which is now £199 on the website and £229.99 for its regular model.
If you buy the standard Switch console, you will also get a $60 gift card to Nintendo’s online store, which you can use to purchase digital games and games with your Nintendo Switch.
This also includes free access to the Nintendo Switch online service and the online store for Nintendo eShop games, plus the chance to win one of 10 Nintendo Switch gifts for two.
It’s worth noting that the regular Switch has a slightly different design from the Switch eShop console, so if you’re not familiar with either, you’ll need to read up on the Switch to know what the differences are.
In terms of accessories, the regular console comes with the same standard controllers as the Switch.
However the console comes bundled with a range of accessories – the best of which is the GamePad, which comes with two controllers and an extra shoulder strap.
Other accessories include a Nintendo Switch Mini accessory and the Nintendo TV Stick, which doubles as a portable game controller.
There are also three Switch games, which includes Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
These games are now free to download on Nintendo ePlay, but if you buy one of these separately, you can also get the full Splatoon and Mario Bundle.
There is also the Switch Virtual Console, which gives you access to all of the Splatoon, Mario Kart, Super Mario Run and more games.
The Switch console also comes with an 8GB microSD card, which can hold up to 2GB of games, but this is only a small amount compared to the standard 32GB of storage that the console has.
