Axios | Nintendo Switch store in New York City opened for pre-orders on Friday, June 6.
The store, which was originally open to the public on June 5, is a hub for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS pre-order sites, as well as the Nintendo Switch Switch Store.
The store’s website currently lists three different locations for preorder: the Nintendo 3D Plaza, the Nintendo GameStop store, and the Nintendo Shop in the Manhattan borough of New York.

The New York Times reported on June 1 that Nintendo was closing the Nintendo Store in the Bronx, which closed in January.
The Nintendo Store was the largest retail chain in the country.
Nintendo Store has been closed in Miami, Atlanta, Orlando, and Philadelphia.
The Times said Nintendo will reopen the Nintendo Stores in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Houston, Dallas, and Portland.
Nintendo Store in Los Angeles opened in January on June 4, according to the Times.
The New York-based store has over 300 stores in 27 states and Canada.
The Nintendo Store and Nintendo Switch are currently available in 23 countries.
